Sound Bath

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that uses vibrational sound frequencies and simple mindfulness techniques to invite a gentle yet powerful restorative process to the mind and body. 

With the use of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and gong. Our sound baths create this wonderful feeling of relaxation. This is a beautiful gift of self care.
